The Arkansas Workforce Centers of West Central Arkansas serve an average of 3300 clients monthly. We accomplish this level of service by utilizing a modest annual budget of Workforce Investment funds and a multitude of resources contributed by our partners.

We are very proud of our Partner participation, which allows our Centers to effectively and efficiently provide a comprehensive menu of services to the citizens and business organizations of the region.

The West Central Arkansas Workforce Investment board makes funds available for Individual training Accounts for adult and dislocated worker participants, and to selected service providers of youth services.

Because our region is divided into two major trade areas geographically and economically, we have developed a regional system of Workforce Centers and "touch points" that place Workforce Development services for job seekers and employers within easy reach.

Center staff members take pride in serving everyone who comes to the Centers. The services available include:

Our vision is to improve the quantity and quality of employment and training services within existing resources by collaborating with educational, human service, rehabilitation, human resource, industrial development, and other agencies and private sector partners responsible for services to employers and workers.
