Text Box: Today’s workplace demands workers who have critical thinking skills, the ability to work as a team member, and a commitment to continuous learning.  All young people need to have a strong basic academic background and excellent workplace skills whether they are pursuing a post-secondary credential, technical training, or a skilled entry-level position on a career path.  High school graduation is critical to pursuit of both post-secondary education and good jobs.
